Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quitto (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Not Medical Advice

Quitto does NOT:

Diagnose any medical condition or addiction disorder
Prescribe medication or treatment plans
Replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider
Provide emergency medical services
Guarantee any specific health outcomes

You must: Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions. Seek immediate medical attention for severe withdrawal symptoms. Not rely solely on this App for addiction recovery.

Health Information & Citations

Quitto includes health information sourced from recognized medical organizations including: American Heart Association (AHA), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), NIAAA, WHO, APA, ALA, FDA, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Mayo Clinic, and NCPG.

Source citations are displayed throughout the App for transparency. These are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement by the cited organizations.

AI Coach Feature

The AI Coach is powered by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

AI Coach responses are generated by a language model and may not always be accurate
AI Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional
AI Coach responses include source citations for health-related claims
You should verify health information with a qualified professional
AI Coach should not be used as a crisis intervention tool

Assumption of Risk

By using Quitto, you acknowledge that: you understand this App does NOT provide medical advice; you will NOT rely on it for medical decisions; you will consult qualified healthcare providers for health concerns; you assume all risks associated with using educational wellness information; and recovery outcomes may vary.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Manage or cancel via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com

Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your personal data is stored locally on your device. AI Coach messages are transmitted securely to generate responses and are not permanently stored.

License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store terms.

User Responsibilities

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App
You agree NOT to use the App as a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment
You are solely responsible for decisions regarding your health and recovery
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within Quitto are the property of Kaan YILDIZ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any health information or AI output will be accurate, complete, or reliable; that the App will result in successful habit change or recovery; or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including health-related outcomes, reliance on App information, or failure to seek appropriate medical care. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
