Quitto is an addiction recovery and habit-tracking app designed to help you quit unwanted habits. It features an AI Coach, craving tracker, journal, milestones, and health recovery timelines—all backed by cited sources from recognized health organizations.
The AI Coach uses a language model to provide motivational support and evidence-based coping strategies. When the AI references health facts or recovery timelines, it includes citations from recognized organizations (e.g., AHA, CDC, NIDA). Messages are transmitted securely and are not permanently stored by the AI service.
All health claims in Quitto (recovery timelines, health milestones, motivational facts) are sourced from peer-reviewed research and recognized health organizations including the AHA, CDC, NIDA, NIAAA, WHO, APA, ALA, FDA, Johns Hopkins Medicine, and Mayo Clinic. Source citations are displayed alongside health information throughout the app.
Yes. All personal data (habits, journal entries, craving logs, milestones) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. AI Coach messages are transmitted securely to generate responses and are not permanently stored. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
