Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rimi (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read and understood the medical disclaimers contained herein. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Rimi DOES NOT:

Analyze or diagnose conditions
Detect illnesses or medical conditions
Extract biometric features or perform facial recognition beyond necessary for transformations
Replace professional services

All transformations are AI-generated for entertainment purposes.

Assumption of Risk

By using Rimi, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will NOT rely on this App for medical decisions

Image Data & Privacy

When you upload a photo, the 2D image file is sent to our secure backend to be processed by AI to generate photo transformations. Images are not permanently stored or used for AI training.

No Biometric Data:

We do NOT collect or store biometric identifiers such as facial geometry, facial recognition templates, depth maps, or any data that can uniquely identify a person. The only data processed is the 2D image file you choose to upload.

License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your 2D image is sent to our secure backend for photo transformations. No biometric data is collected, stored, or extracted.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for actions that compromise the App's integrity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all Output are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your requirements
Any Output will be accurate, complete, or reliable
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any AI transformations are suitable for your specific situation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Reliance on any Output or information from the App
Any issues arising from AI-generated transformations
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
