- We do NOT store your images on our servers after processing
- Original and transformed images remain on your device only

Our App may process images that contain faces for features such as:

- Social Media Photo Enhancement
How We Handle Face Data
We do NOT collect, store, or retain any biometric or face data.
Specifically:
- No Storage: Face data is NOT stored on our servers or any external systems
- Processing Only: Images containing faces are processed in real-time by our AI providers solely to perform the requested transformation
- Immediate Discarding: After the AI transformation is complete, the image data is immediately discarded by our processing systems
- On-Device Storage: Only you control the images stored on your device
- No Facial Recognition Database: We do NOT create or maintain any facial recognition databases
- No Biometric Templates: We do NOT create, store, or use biometric templates derived from your face

3. Usage Data

4. Purchase Information
If you subscribe to Rimi Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do NOT have access to your payment details. We only receive:

Third-Party AI Providers
Our App uses third-party AI services to process images:
- fal.ai - AI image processing
- Replicate - AI model hosting
- Stability AI - Image generation
These providers:
- Process images solely to perform the requested transformation
- Do NOT retain your images after processing is complete
- Are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements
- Do NOT use your images to train AI models without explicit consent
