These apps DO NOT:

Store health data on external servers

AI Book Writer and Roast use artificial intelligence for content generation.

AI-powered apps:

Process content temporarily for functionality
Do NOT store content permanently after processing
Do NOT use content for AI training without consent
May produce inaccurate or unexpected results

Assumption of Risk

By using our Apps, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the limitations of each app as described
You will NOT rely on health apps for medical decisions
You will consult qualified professionals for professional advice
You assume all risks associated with using app-generated information
AI analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate

License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for actions that compromise the Apps' integrity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps and all output are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Apps will meet your requirements
Any output will be accurate, complete, or reliable
The Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any information is suitable for professional purposes

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms
