Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If issues persist, contact support with your app name and Apple ID email.
Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select the app → Cancel Subscription. Or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
