By downloading, installing, or using Minara – AI Quran & Namaz (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

We grant you a limited, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store terms.

User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Minara complies with local laws and follows the guidance of qualified religious scholars where appropriate.

Content and Accuracy

The App provides Quran text, prayer information, and AI‑generated explanations for educational and devotional purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any content or explanation is complete, correct, or suitable as religious, legal, or other professional advice.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for actions that compromise the App's integrity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
