License

We grant you a limited, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store terms.

User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding plant identification and species protection.

Content and Accuracy

The App provides identification suggestions based on best‑effort algorithms. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for actions that compromise the App's integrity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
