By downloading, installing, or using SkinCare (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read and understood the medical disclaimers contained herein. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
THIS APP PROVIDES COSMETIC SUGGESTIONS ONLY. SkinCare and all its features, including AI-powered analysis and any output ("Output"), are provided strictly for cosmetic, aesthetic, and entertainment purposes.

All suggestions are cosmetic and artistic in nature. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
By using SkinCare, you acknowledge and agree that:
When you upload a photo, the 2D image file is sent to our secure backend to be processed by a large language model (LLM) to generate cosmetic suggestions. Images are not permanently stored or used for AI training.
No Biometric Data:
We do NOT collect or store biometric identifiers such as facial geometry, facial recognition templates, depth maps, or any data that can uniquely identify a person. The only data processed is the 2D image file you choose to upload.
Your image is used solely to analyze visual patterns (brightness, contrast, aesthetic attributes) and provide cosmetic suggestions. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store terms.

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your 2D image is sent to our secure backend for cosmetic analysis. No biometric data is collected, stored, or extracted.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for actions that compromise the App's integrity.
The App and all Output are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
