Your private, on-device AI note taker.

Getting started

• Record — tap the record button and pick a type (meeting, lecture, call, interview, or voice note).
• Transcribe — speech is transcribed live, on-device, with speakers separated.
• AI results — the moment you stop, AI Notes generates a summary, the decisions made, open questions, and your action items.
• Ask & export — ask follow-up questions with AI chat; export any recording to PDF, TXT, or SRT.

Requirements

AI Notes uses Apple Intelligence (on-device Foundation Models) and requires iOS 26 or later on a supported iPhone. The microphone and speech-recognition permissions are needed to record and transcribe.

Privacy

Your recordings never leave your iPhone. Everything — audio, transcripts, and AI summaries — is processed and stored on-device. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & billing

• AI Notes Pro unlocks unlimited AI summaries, decisions, action items, AI chat, and export.
• Plans: Yearly (with a 3-day free trial) or Monthly. Pricing is shown in your local currency before you subscribe.
• Restore purchases: open the paywall and tap “Restore.” Your subscription follows your Apple Account.
• Cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → AI Notes → Cancel. Your trial won’t be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged to your Apple Account.

Troubleshooting

• No transcription? Make sure microphone and speech-recognition access are enabled in Settings → AI Notes.
• Subscription not active after paying? Tap “Restore” on the paywall, then relaunch the app.
• Still stuck? Email us with your device model and iOS version and we’ll help.
