The short version: your recordings never leave your iPhone. AI Notes is built entirely around on-device processing. We operate no servers, require no accounts, and cannot see, hear, or read anything you record.
Deleting a recording in the app permanently deletes its audio file and all derived data. Deleting the app deletes everything.
Nothing, directly. AI Notes has no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracking, and no account system.
Some on-device AI features (speech transcription models, speaker identification models) may download model files over the internet the first time they are used. These are one-way downloads of software components — no audio, transcripts, or personal data is ever included in these requests.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions; RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and your App Store purchase receipt — never your recordings, transcripts, name, or contact details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on their processing.
Local notifications (reminders and offers) are scheduled on your device. We do not operate a push server.
AI Notes is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
