2. Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

• User Content: Text you type, paste, or otherwise submit to the App (for example, prompts, messages, notes, or instructions).
• Attachments you choose to submit (if the App supports attachments): Any file/image you intentionally send as part of a request.

B) Connected sources (only if you enable them)

If you enable AI Actions and grant system permissions, the App may access limited data from sources such as:

• Reminders: reminder titles, dates/times, notes you include, and list names as needed to create/update reminders you request.
• Calendar: event titles, start/end times, timezone, location, notes you include, and calendar names as needed to create/update events you request.

C) Technical information (minimal)

We may process minimal technical data needed to operate the App and deliver requests, such as app version, device language, and basic error information. We do not use this information for tracking or advertising.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only to provide and operate the App, including to:

• Generate AI responses you request
• Perform AI Actions you request (e.g., create a reminder or calendar event) when enabled
• Maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and debug failures
• Provide customer support if you contact us

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, data brokerage, or tracking.

4. Third-Party AI Processing (OpenAI and Google Gemini)

To provide AI features, the App may transmit certain content off-device to third-party AI services.

A) Who we share with

• OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.)
• Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC)

B) What data is sent

Depending on what you do in the App, the App may send:

• Your prompt/message text and related context needed to generate a response
• If you enabled AI Actions and explicitly request an action, the minimum necessary details from enabled sources (e.g., event time/title for a calendar request, reminder text/due date for a reminder request)
• Minimal technical metadata required to route and deliver the request (e.g., app version, device language)

C) When data is sent

• General AI features: When you submit a request that requires an AI-generated response.
• AI Actions with connected sources: Only when (1) you enable AI Actions in Settings, (2) you grant OS permissions, and (3) you explicitly request an action that requires those sources.

D) User permission and controls

• AI Actions are OFF by default and require explicit user enablement in Settings.
• You can revoke Calendar/Reminders access at any time in your device settings.
• You can disable AI Actions at any time in the App's Settings.

E) Data retention by third-party AI providers

We do not sell your prompts or connected-source data, and we do not allow third parties to use it for advertising through our App. However, third-party AI providers may process and retain request data according to their own terms and policies for purposes such as safety, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

5. What We Do Not Collect or Use

• We do not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites.
• We do not collect or share data for targeted advertising.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless you choose to include it in what you submit.

6. Sharing of Information

We share information only in these cases:

• With AI providers (OpenAI and/or Google Gemini) to fulfill your AI requests as described above
• With service providers strictly for app operation (if applicable), under confidentiality obligations
• If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• In a business transfer (e.g., merger/acquisition), with notice where required

7. Data Storage and Deletion

• The App may store your conversation history and settings on your device to provide continuity and user experience.
• You can delete chat history within the App (if provided) and/or by deleting the App from your device.
• If you enable connected sources, items created (e.g., reminders/events) will remain in those services until you delete them there.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers and AI providers operate. These locations may have different data protection laws.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your information. You can contact us at support@consigliere-app.com.

You can also control connected-source permissions in device settings and disable AI Actions in the App.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Effective Date" above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
