Manage subscriptions or request refunds through Apple:

We don't collect personal data.

Use natural lighting, capture leaves and flowers in focus, avoid blur, and photograph against a plain background.
Your photos are used only for identification and are not stored on our servers.
Open Plant Identifier → Settings → Restore Purchases. Ensure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If issues persist, contact support.
Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Plant Identifier → Cancel Subscription. Or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to manage subscriptions and request refunds.
