Already — Terms of Use

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These terms apply to the Already app for iPhone. By downloading or using Already, you agree to them. Purchases made through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Already on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private journaling. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to build a competing service.

Your journal is yours

Everything you write or speak into Already — your moments, days, and woven stories — belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. It is stored on your device, and you can delete any of it, or all of it, at any time.

Already Pro

The guide is a journaling companion

Already’s guide helps you remember and reflect. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice. If you need support, please speak to a qualified professional.

Fair use of the AI service

Story weaving and the guide’s questions may use our AI service. You agree not to abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to extract the underlying models or credentials of that service, and not to use it for anything other than your own journal inside the app.

Warranty and liability

Already is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Already at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
